Our patent firm is technically savvy in many fields including mechanical, engineering, electrical, software, construction, chemical, energy, communications, and semiconductor patenting. We are ready to help you on a fixed fee basis (enabling us to help you at any budget).

Electronic devices and circuits, semiconductor devices, embedded systems, sensors, power systems, and device-manufacturing systems are just a few areas of possible novelty that you might apply for a patent in.

  • Do you have new and novel ideas relating to embedded microprocessor controlled systems?
  • Have you created the next sensor device that will enable future robotic systems?
  • Do you have a new and useful software application?
  • Have you created a new automotive gadget?
  • Have you created the next generation guitar?
  • Have you created a wide-area-communications system for monitoring processes or external events and reporting status?
  • Do you have a useful and novel business method for making money?

Avoid the common patent mistakes do-it-yourself filers make. Patent searching prior art is a prerequisite to determining the patentability of your valuable invention. Learn strategies for licensing and marketing your patent. Many inventors providing innovation in all fields should take advantage of Stoneman Volk Patent Group's boutique quality & low fixed fees.

If you find you have a new and novel idea relating to any of these areas, you would be an inventor on the patent application. If you are interested in pursuing a patent to protect your idea, allow us to help you by utilizing our fixed fee business model and our experience, since 1961, to accomplish your goals.

Hair Brush Systems   (view pdf of patent icon,  Text Only,  Figure 1)
Hairbrushes having removable handles, kits, methods of use, and methods of sale are provided. The hairbrushes attach to the handles with a rod-and-ratchet system that requires zero insertion or removal force between the brush-head and the handle. The rod-and-ratchet system is actuated with a button on the handle. The kits comprise brush-heads, at least one handle, and a container. The method involves creating a hairstyle for a customer using the brushes and then providing the customer a custom kit of the same types of brushes for use at home.

Virtual Event Attendance Systems    (PDF view pdf of patent icon,   Text Only,   Figure 1)
Virtual attendance at a life event is accomplished by inviting guests to attend the life event, providing an event hall for attendance by a first group of invited guests, and providing remote access to at least one portion of the life event for a second group of invited guests. The remote access preferably includes a bi-directional link providing real-time interaction between the first group and the second group of the invited guests. Management of such a virtual attendance system is preferably accomplished by storing a list of guests invited to remotely attend the life event, registering invited guests on the list, accepting payment from invited guests on the list, and outputting a Uniform Resource Locator (an address of a Web site preferably having at least one real-time video link to the event hall) associated with the life event to the invited guests on the list, only if payment is accepted.

________

Projector systems (PDF view pdf of patent icon, Text Only, Figure 1)
A vehicle projection system relating to use of a light projecting system comprising at least one light projector adapted to project at least one decorative light design onto at least one exterior portion of a vehicle. The system preferably uses a laser projector and user-selectable controller to select and control decorative designs projected onto the vehicle exterior. The controller may be manually operated, computer programmed, remote controlled or utilize pre-selected programming.

System for thermal control of outdoor pet enclosure    (view pdf of patent icon,   Text Only,   Figure 1)
A system for transferring ambient air from an interior of a house to a pet enclosure external of the house, thus allowing for the pet enclosure to receive cooled or heated air approximating the temperature of the house. An electric fan housed in a preformed enclosure is installable in, or on, the house exterior wall. An air conduit between the fan and pet enclosure is preferably provided by a flexible rubber transfer duct which may vary in length. Conduit connections at the house and at the pet enclosure use a gasket/flange sealing system. A damper to avoid backflow of air is provided near the fan. And a protective cover at the pet enclosure limits access from the pet enclosure to the conduit. An end cap to protect the house when the duct is not in use is also shown.
